I visited the store to purchase a desk chair and table. They had the ones I wanted, but the chair was in the wrong location. I wasn’t informed until the manager brought the box to the front desk and scanned it. They informed me that I couldn’t get the price displayed above the chair because “customers often move the chairs.” This was a rather unhelpful response from a manager. I won’t be returning for furniture; I’ll be taking my business to Fantastic Furniture, which offered a great deal and excellent customer service.

My 83 year old mother had a completely unsatisfactory experience at the print counter at Officeworks this morning.
Trying to print a phone picture as a Xmas present and was met with eye rolling, harrumphing and belittling when asking for help from a woman staff member who rendered no assistance other than to say “Follow the prompts onscreen”.
Another kindly customer helped my mother complete her print order at the kiosk.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Will not buy another thing from this store and will be encouraging my friends and family to follow suit.
Have some respect for your senior customers and employ front line staff with some empathy and commitment to simple customer service.

Went to Harvey Norman last week for a shocking experience with the tallest staff member. Needed way more but didn't want to give him the satisfaction of more sales. Went to Officeworks at West Gosford and was served by the most knowledgeable young man - Luke. Beautiful manners and knew everything about all the products that I needed. Harvey Norman - you need staff like this!!

Shocking service from a young women who was stacking shelves. I asked if she knew where the Jenga block stacking game was. Without looking up at me she said no, we don't have that, even though I checked on the website - they had plenty. BTW she had a bad attitude about her. I walked to another isle and aske a young man the same question, he said 'sure', we walked about 5 meters and there on a shelf was at least 10 boxes of Jenga.
The women had henna dyed hair - poor service.

Very friendly people, weekdays workers are more helpful & seem a little more eager to share their knowledge as well looing for customers that needs help. Great variety of different products

Service has dropped a little. Got a large print job done for publishing and they couldn't supply the lids for the boxes. Let's pray it doesn't rain or get knocked over. They have in the past. Also please explain how they can be couriered without lids?
