This store is spacious and offers ample parking, which is very convenient. I visited in search of a WiFi dongle for my desktop and was pleased to find one on the shelf. However, it was thoroughly secured with anti-theft wires and magnets, which made it somewhat difficult to spot initially. It took me a few minutes to realize it was hidden beneath the protective wrapping.
While I understand the need for security, it might be beneficial for the store to consider smaller, more user-friendly protective devices for smaller items like this.

Be careful with online orders as pickers don't inspect products (they probably just don't care for their customers)! I had to return a number of faulty products in the past. It's just so much time and effort to return stuff that don't work!

Worst customer service, printers and scanners always have problems and staff take no care, accountability or have any professionalism or customer service. Have never seen anyone smile or be happy in the store. Can never get anything printed without an issue. Took an hour today of team members stuffing me around back and forth only for the prints to come out with flaws and them say go elsewhere.

Not sure if a new company policy but these guys say they no longer price beat on devices from some of the big name phone networks like Telstra, Optus, Vodafone. Seems like they just didn't feel like it on the day. Won't be back
