I was on hold for over 20 minutes today on three separate phone calls one time I actually got to speak to someone and I got told she would redirect me to the printing and copy area even though that is the department that I pressed when I first called. No one answered my other phone calls and my click and collect order still has not been done from a couple of days ago there’s been a couple of issues with my click and collect printing orders previously. It really depends on who you get and what day I think some days they seem under staffed and slow with long lines and no one can complete your order because people don’t know how or only one person can. The store is very hit and miss in my opinion.

Brought the printer 3 months ago for over $600. Now,it is showing the error of paper jam . Could not see any paper jam. Ask staff to see whether they can fix the issue. Staff was not helpful though printer under warranty. Really disappointed with the services.

Eliza (I hope that’s right!) was so helpful when the printing machine was out - went above and beyond in customer service and even though she was super busy she still took the time to help me and edit things so I could get the exact things I needed and had it ready in under an hour. So so happy with my experience - thanks again Eliza!

They claim they had the item in stock, so i drive down there ,we can't find it now, a waste of time, I will never shop at office works again, businesses wonder y people shop online

Purchase a printer a few months back and now told new ink is 3 weeks away from office works. I now resorted to purchasing online for the ink through another venue with immediate delivery...not happy.

Went in to buy a MacBook Air today. Stood around waiting for help from staff for ~5 mins. No help offered, no staff available. Drove the 8 mins to bing lee Bowral instead.
