This review is for the Creative Thinking & Problem Solving one-day course.

The trainer was excellent. The group was small - 7 people including me - which made for very productive, thoughtful discussions and efficient execution of group work tasks. The course focused mostly around group tasks with small amounts of 'lecturing' interspersed throughout, which was a great way to really absorb the material taught.

The content wasn't world-changing for me; it felt more like good reinforcement of what I had thought was common sense. The exact strategies taught were, for the most part, only new insofar as I had not heard them outlined that way before.

I think the course would be great for someone who hasn't had much experience trying to solve workplace/business problems, or for someone who is looking for the best way to lead a team to drive innovation. It was not ideal for me.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Train the Trainer course through Odyssey! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to either begin their career as a trainer or build on their knowledge and experience. It really suits all types! The course was also extremely interactive, so I felt you got out what you put in. I will be looking at Odyssey first when considering future training due to this positive experience!

I have done the advanced word with Odyssey training and I really loved it. I think it will be very helpful for several documents that I have to work. Analir is a wonderful trainer, very patient and helpful. It was a small group and she could provide an excellent one to one help as well.
Highly recommend for those that need to refine their word skills and know new ways of speeding up their word processing documents.

I really enjoyed the Stress&Resilience course that Odyssey Training conducted in October. The content and trainer provided me with many new strategies and skills to handle a very busy lifestyle and job and would highly recommend to anyone looking to better themselves.

Great course with experienced facilitators. The SharePoint Owner training I attended in Sydney was well structured and engaging as you put your skills to use throughout the course by building your own custom SharePoint site. I have been able to put what i learnt to use as soon as I returned to my workplace the following week. Thanks Odyssey.

Their refund policy is pathetic. They postponed from December 2017 to January 2018 when there were less/no enrollments, I accepted it. But when I had a personal emergency they would not move my course to a different date nor would they put me into another course or give me a refund. The organization is heartless and I will not recommend this training institute to anyone.
