This is very disappointing, I received my certificate much later than expected, which was frustrating. At first, they told me, they will give me certificate at the end of January and it moved to 1 week of February, emailed so many times to the management and just went directly to the college and got to know about the policy of 28 days which I think they should have explained it before the completion of course. Additionally, I found out that the college is not accredited for diploma of community services, which raises concerns about the value of the certification. To top it off, I was charged $50 for the certificate, at first the lady in reception mention $30 and she told me its $50, while it seems others didn’t pay for the certificate. She told me this rule was made just today.. really? I hope they can improve their processes and provide better transparency for future students. And just hope that the rules are the same for everybody.

One of the shittiest customer service. And these people donot stick with their words. And behave like we owe them something. Worst college in sydney. Better don’t go there. You will regret later.

Its just a waste of money, management is so rude to the customers and apart from that,it is too expensive for the course. Have to pay a huge amount for the enrollment and an extra fee for the study materials too. Worst experience.

I really had great experience with NTA during my diploma of nursing course. All trainers helps their students with every possible ways and I really thankful for that. lecturer Sujan Shrestha is the lecturer that every student should have once in their lifetime.

I have done certificate iv in ageing support from NTA and I'm very glad to choose NTA. It was a nice experience. Overall I would like to give great thanks to Liz and Jai for all the support. Also organizing the placement in such a well managed aged care facility I would like to thank the whole NTA team. The knowledge that I have gained from our clinical placement helped me in lots of areas. Still looking forward for the future educational support from NTA😊.
