Wow! What an amazing experience my time has been with Novaskill.
From my first interactions with Clair, Kat and Judy, to the time, passion and immense care provided by my trainer Sue; I can’t fault them.
Sue treated all of her students with such an amazing amount of respect and compassion and ensured we always understood each aspect of the course.
Even though I’ve completed my course, she continues to support me with my vocation because she cares...really cares.

I am currently studying a Cert 3 Individual Support to get into the Ageing health care sector. My experience at Novaskill in Ballina so far has been amazing! We have such a skilful supportive teacher who not only teaches but is still active in the industry. Sue is there for us every step of the way and her knowledge of the industry is extensive. Her professional manner and caring nature towards us as students is comforting and because of this I feel a lot more confidence within myself. I’m sure I speak for all past and present students who have/had the pleasure of her as a teacher.
I should mention that all staff members are great also! Definitely the best decision for me to do the course and if you have been like me and have thought studying later on in life is past you, please just do it! It’s the best thing I have done in a long time. 💯😊

Just completed Cert III Individual Support through Novaskill Ballina and couldnt of asked for a better supportive trainer. Sue is so passionate in supporting the elderly that it reflects in her training. Sue seen our abilities and created confident learners.

Great learning materials and set up.

Doing 1st aid cert with Serg Brevard is the BEST time I have had doing the course which my job insists I do every 3yrs plus the for every year. Not only do you learn the details, Serg makes it fun as he is so experienced and can give actual incidents that have happened. He makes sure you understand the "whys" and "what for's."
I will comeback every year as long as Serg teaches this course. Once he doesn't..retires or travels, I'll go somewhere closer to home.

I’m very disappointed from this place . Please friends not go through novaskill and not waste your money and time . Misguide me and charge me a lot . I’m really appreciate to the trainer Jenny Raily but the management and service is rubbish 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
