I had been contacting the office staff at Novaskill Coffs Harbour office, for 8 months. Waiting for a course in warehouseing cert lll. I had been in contact with staff in the office monthly. They had all of my necessary information! The course finally became available. Only reason I knew of that was due to a rumour! I was never notified of the time or location or the course. Only the day. I was never even called back by anyone from this poorly run organisation. I never once got an email from Novaskill in 8 months. Never a phone call. Only 2 text messages in 8 months. The day before the course was to start! Zero communication from everyone at Novaskill Coffs Harbour. Being the fact Novalskill is the only facility that presents this course, I have had to file a multi, state board complaint. Don’t waste your time on this place. They have proven to be uncaring.

We have a Trainee not notified for 6 months, not given support promised not given work to complete company poor in everyway non existant communication we had to chase them. Totally unsatisfactory if they had negative star rating this mob would get -5

Funny you mentioned that mate. I've had the exact same thing happen to me. That mob is hopeless! The woman who run that place and one of the trainers never returned any of my calls or emails! I've been chasing after them for 6 months! I'm over them.
