I really want to thank Suzie and Mick for their commitment to the area of North Nowra and beyond. Offering a great service to the community. The gym thrives on the friendliness and supportive attitude of this family run fun gym. Through COVID they persisted, and still rain , hail or shine provide a place where you can find healing, get healthy, fight the blues and be a stronger you. The spin classes are my favourite, but I love a good pump session. I also enjoy seeing the older members in their staying strong class. Their is an atmosphere that welcomes, never judges, and always encourages. Plenty of police, nurses ( like myself ) and paramedics are members if you get into bother. It is an awesome community gym., Thankyou Suzie and Mick and your boys and staff for keeping this sanctuary for us to enjoy

I've been a member of this gym for 2 years, and I think it's the best gym I've found in the area. The owners are always there, they keep improving the service and product offerings. Everyone in their staff is friendly and helpful. During the COVID crisis days they implemented all the health measures to keep customers safe. Change rooms are very clean, and even small things are taken care and offered to gym members (e.g. soap in toilets and showers, paper towels in toilets, free lockers, etc). All this, and their annual membership is affordable to most residents, making the gym accessible to the community. Well done Northy Gym! from a very happy gym member !!!

I love being a part of the Northy Gym community. The owners Mick & Suzi are so friendly and are also two incredible trainers, all the trainers are brilliant. The culture is healthy and authentic and produces great results with a welcoming atmosphere. I personally lost 18.4kg, which included gaining 3.1kg of muscle and losing 22.1kg of body fat during the six week shred challenge. Being a member of Northy Gym has changed my physical life and I recommend anyone to try it out.
