An amazing community housing option ., if it weren’t for this organisation I would still be homeless .. all the staff are caring people doing what they can in a housing crisis .

Rachel the boss hung up on me. Was very rude and not professional no work ethics morals values or empathy and also didn't listen to me and then palmed me off and mad out i was rhe rude one. She let the phone ring out mutilple times after she hung up on me. She then answered me and spoke down to me. And finally she said Oh Go Away and hung up again.

Disgruntled employee left me stuck in ballina after saying accommodation was sorted. I get all the way to Ballina to be told noone ever called the accommodation.
Left absolutely ruined with all my stuff and ofcourse I can't reach them on a weekend
