The worst company we have ever dealt with. My niece was bullied by a worker , workers never showed up to shift , they don’t have any back up , they call that morning because who ever it is can’t show up to the shift …
Absolutely disgusting with their service .
I would never recommend this company to absolutely no one .
My niece is verbal she can tell us what’s going on these non verbal disabled people I definitely feel for them 😢

My experience at Northcott is and was the best experience I’ve had. Northcott is so chill and fantastic and I love it here they helped accomplish so much such as Getting a job, getting my Learner’s and work experiences. Best Experience I’ve ever had

The staff at northcotts oak flats office were very friendly, helpful and accommodating able to work out some good plans with its members. The other nortcott team members provide an accepting and inviting atmosphere for all new arrivals.
