If you're a Sole Trader on the online job seeker system looking to switch to a Face to Face job provider don't bother wasting any of your time with these guys. They're rude and not interested one little bit in helping you or consider your personal situation. Instead they will just make you feel horrible and will just handball you straight back to Centrelink.

Unprofessional service and often do not deal with people in a pleasant and/or supportive manner. I have been subjected to inappropriate and irrelevant personal comments. The consultant also used appointment time to express offensive personal opinions which were again completely irrelevant to assisting me in finding employment. Feedback from Nortec would be welcome.

This job network is by far the rudest and most useless job network that I have every delt with. They are lazy. I am a business owner that was looking for staff from this office, after repeatedly contacting them over the last two weeks for them to send me resumes the response was yes they will send me resumes, and today I finally spoke to someone, she was a rude woman over the phone that said that they didn't want to help our business and that they didn't have any one on their list that would be interested in working for us. My response was that I found it hard to believe that they didn't have a single person that wouldn't be interested in more work, and I got laughed at down the phone. Nortec is supposed to be a job provider, how can I help people, and offer people work if they refuse to cooperate on their behalf.
