This company gave me a written quote of $400 for two trips to and from a location. then i get a bill for $700! Because they say it went over the time and km allocated!
the trip was the usual 45min to one hour each way.
A quote is a quote! How can it be sooo much more! its not as though we were stuck in traffic for an hour.
they said it went over the 1.5hrs and km allocated!
it might have been 15 min more each way but that is pretty normal for that trip.
Nowhere did they mention it would cost extra if it went over the time and if it went over the km i did not direct the driver an alternate way or via any other place.

So greatful for this service, Marwa and the whole team are amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without them. They are so accomodating, very understanding, kind, caring and go out of their way to always help me. The staff are always of such high excellence to. Any issues that have arisen
