We had an overall negative experience as the administrator was very challenging to work with. A shame as the nanny who cared for our child was an absolute delight, but the stress of dealing with the admin definitely overshadowed this. She was absolutely incredible, so kind and caring towards our daughter, asked us plenty of questions so that she knew our daughter’s routine and preferences. I was ducking in and out of the room throughout the day just to express and our daughter was always so happy everytime I went in there. I was nervous about her taking the bottle but she took it with no dramas thanks to Maddison’s expertise. She told us how our daughter napped during the day and I couldn’t believe how long she was able to get her to nap for!

Night Nannies have been our saviour since before we had our first baby nearly 4 years ago!!! We are based in Melbourne and Night Nannies has a large network of nannies here. For me, as a new mother, having a night nanny those first few weeks really helped me. Our night nanny showed me lots of tricks for "reading" as well as settling my new baby and helped me to get our baby in a good routine so that she was sleeping through the night by about 8 weeks!!! (Never mind the 4 month sleep regression LOL).

Annemarie who owns Night Nannies is so wonderful to deal with and she really goes above and beyond for her clients. She has helped us so much. She has found us the best nannies and babysitters over the years - often at short notice. She has helped us with night nannies, day nannies, and babysitters. There have been many times when we have been in a jam eg a babysitter cancelled on us a couple of hours before a Friday night event and Annemarie was able to find us someone who was absolutely wonderful! We are so grateful to her and she is our first port of call if we ever need to find a great babysitter. Thanks so much Annemarie!

We've been using Night Nannies since the birth of my son 11 years ago. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them, and find Annemarie an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The support of her nannies was invaluable when my daughter contracted whooping cough soon after birth (she came through it fine!). We leaned on the agency pretty hard through that period, and they were always there for us.

On the very rare occasions Annemarie hasn't had one of her nannies available when we've needed one, she's bent over backwards to make sure we found one through her extensive network of contacts.

I really can't recommend this agency highly enough.

We worked with Annemarie to find someone to help our family with household chores and childcare, all while we were living in the US. She saved us time by screening candidates and recommended a few solid individuals for us to speak to, and was very responsive even despite our time difference! She helped draft an agreement for our new employee, and advised us on the rules in the Australian job market as that was new to us. I would recommend working with her!
