NGO and SONS for Maths and Physics is so good!

It is one of the best tutoring centres I have been too! Specifically my teachers are Dr Troung for Maths and Sir Jaydn for Physics. Both of these teachers are excellent at their specific fields and have a deep knowledge on their areas as a result they are able to provide excellent education.

Anytime I have a question I can ask and the teachers will reply and all of the time the teacher will answer the question and I will understand it. If the teacher feels as though his explanation was not sufficient, they will go the extra length to explain it in detail and make me understand. This is the type of education that is required!

Moreoever the support that Sir Jaydn offers outside of school is crazy, I can hit him up on discord anytime ask him a question and I can expect a response in the same day. The commitment that these teachers go to is a level beyond most other tutoring centres in Australia. Never has there been a time where I have felt that NGO and SONS teaching has been poor, they are always excellent and this is the reason why I would recomend this tutoring centre to anyone.

Moreover, the value for money of NGO and SONS is also excellent, for the two subjects that I do it is under 1k and most other tutoring centres charge nearly 2k just for one subject. The bang for buck at NGO and sons is so good without a compromise on quality of education.

Honestly the best place for quality education ever!! I’ve been to several tutorings throughout my schooling years so I’ve seen all sorts of teachers: from being laid back to being extremely strict on their students. But at Ngo and Sons, the teachers are not just nice, but they’re firm when they want students to finish homework, they’re understanding when we struggle to solve question and they’re always encouraging us to do better. I have been with this tutor for 9 (years 3-12) years because I know the teachers are dedicated and are centred on doing what is best for students to perform well at school.

Just make sure you check your receipts, especially when you pay cash or keep the physical receipts. One day I notice I was charge a $10 fee. So I decided to check the previous receipts online via the link that was sent each time you make payment and noticed its was on the previous receipts. So I called them to ask about it. And the lady on the phone told me that her Manger will call me. A week went by and no one called.
I realised that no one is going to call me back. So I decided to go back on those receipts and screen shot or save them. BUT it ALL changed. The $10 fee was taken off. Evidence was erased, so no need to call a concerned customer back.
I'm thinking does the owner know that this is happening, if they do thats sad. Anyway what can I do when I don't keep receipt nor look at the receipts. I guess that's a couple of hundreds donated to Ngo and sons, but I wished it was to a proper charity.
If this has happened to me, I wonder if it's happened to others?

Highly recommend, the teachers, especially Doctor Truong, are funny and knowledgeable making each lesson a different extremely interesting. Ngo and sons have reignited my passion for math, highly recommend for high school students
