I started training at Newman Boxing gym 6 months ago as a beginner, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Shane is a legend and always goes the extra mile to help you improve. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the gym has all the equipment you need. With a variety of classes and times, I’ve found it easy to fit a session into my day!

Fanatsic boxing gym.
Shane is a great trainer, and all round nuce guy! He has loads of experience and his pad work is on another level.
The sessions are intense, and there is something for all levels of experience.
My skills have improved and my fitness is back again.
Its the best boxing gym m in the Byron Shire.

Was in town for a month signed up for 4 weeks . . . Loved the gym. Good atmosphere great vibe and good bunch of people . The head coach is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Must try if your travailing through or in town 🙌

Stopped in for a class whilst staying in Byron for 3 nights. Shane could not have been any more welcoming and friendly. The space is excellent with everything you’d expect from a decent boxing club. Could not recommend enough!
