John and the team were very accommodating with course dates arranged to suit my busy schedule. John took the time to really understand my individual situation, goals, current skills and knowledge to really tailor his training approach to ensure I got the most out of the course. Great training organisation with well trained, experienced, friendly and helpful trainers. The theory and practical training was of a very high standard which has made me feel confident that I can now take my training and put it into practice out into my everyday workplace. The set up and equipment used for the practical side of the training is new, modern and simulates a work type environment well. The centre is equipped with a clean, comfortable and modern classroom along with tea, coffee facilities and a microwave to heat up your lunch.
Overall I found NRC to be an exceptional training facility and would highly recommend it to others.

I was one of three in our organisation who did the Asbestos removal course through NRC, with Dave as the trainer. I can confirm we were all in agreement in saying that Dave expertly delivered the course content with individual care and concern for each participant.

The instructor was informative, and managed the course to suit the student's skills and experience. Facilities were clean and functional.
However, being a high activity industrial area, parking can be limit in mornings, but eases off during the day.
