3 good waterbases, with a warm up area and seating overlooking each playing field.

On top of that there's a well stocked Just Hockey on site.

During U21 National Championships it was obvious the first aid was lacking. A stretcher is a must have

Exceptionally well laid out hockey centre. Clean. Accessible. Easy to see all 3 fields. Access between fields is easy by ramp. Complex is wheelchair accessible. Enter through main road and there are 4 disabled vehicle spaces. Only ramp not to wheelchair scale in my opinion is the ramp on McDonald Jones stadium side..

Just gone a new refurbishment of pitches and viewing areas. Really well done. Find it funny that even after all the works that have gone on that they still use scaffolding for a camera vantage point!

The three fields are decent quality, the club house definitely needs some work and there is no eftpos terminal, only cash for food/drinks. There is not alot of seating for the size of the grounds either. But I believe this park is being revamped shortly.

The renovations that have been made to this venue are fantastic. Three great playing fields and the new clubhouse is fantastic. Great facilities. Well done Newcastle hockey.
