Six months with the very unethical organisation and my daughter was in full blown addiction and now back in jail. The support coordinator knew my daughter's story and if she couldn't support my daughters mental health disorders rather than now the trigger of her addiction then she should not have agreed to have my daughters NDIS package transferred. With New Horizons is all about the $$$ and not about the successful outcomes. Shame on them and their neglect of due diligence and duty of care.
