After the Socceroos match on 20/11/18, after match finished awaiting Cahills lap, a spectator in the second row from the eastern end behind the goals had a severe accident where he fell cutting his face severely and fitting. We the crowd around 50 of us were pleading with Mes Security to please come and assist and call for medical assistance. Our calls went ignored for 15 mins. Not one guard moved, until one approached looked over at the fitting man and said not his problem. Disgusting failing in his duty of care.

Security officers must have first aid certificate so as to render assistance and speak English to understand the public.

Eventually medical assistance arrived and the crowd was in disgusted at the ignorant and arrogant security officers asking for their names to no avail. Ironically the guards were replaced and when trying to identify the offending officers to management they were gone.

Security was worst I’ve ever seen bag searches a mockery at gate P where people were herded like cattle and bags not searched.

A great night spoiled by the people who were there to protect us, humiliating and patronising. Couldn’t recommend them to look after a dog let alone humans.

NES Security were lucky the gentleman didn’t die.

Suppose to keep crowd under control at concert. People blocking isle and no one could see the stage because people from the back who didn’t pay for good tickets stood alone barrier
