Very professional instructor, he made sure that we all understood the material, he focused on participation written and verbal.
He also gave us a very motivational presentation after we finished the course about Australian brilliant role models who started from scratch.
The environment was very friendly and the attendees were from different backgrounds which created a very positive environment for knowledge transfer.

Got my white card today at NWCCL.
The class was conducted by Garo who was an absolute gentleman and a very engaging teacher. Easy to find and in a great spot relative to the area. Would highly recommend this venue to those who want to leave the course not only with a white card, but a great group learning experience.

Garo was great. He kept the course interesting and have good knowledge of subject.
Parking can be a bit hard to find but available off the street.
