‘National First Aid Courses’ is a new addition to the Redman Rd business sector, in the Redman Rd Plaza area.

As a certified first aid officer, I’ll get myself along to refresh my certification. With automated external defibrillators available in a number of public spaces, it’s important to feel confident using this public equipment.

As an older citizen, I am a little uncertain as to my physical capacity to sustain CPR over an extended period of time. In which case, a refresher course on the use of AED’s will help me feel prepared, and confident in case of an emergency.

For young parents I highly recommend a basic first aid course. It could save a world of hurt.

There is free council parking, with wheelchair accessible parking. But, remain within the limit, as rangers do frequent the car park throughout the day.
