YES YES YES - This is the only dental practice to go to (and I have been a patient of the amazing Dr Sasha Rutnam for over 12 years). First class technology - no need to wait with a temporary crown - they have the equipment to produce this on the spot.
Dr Rutnam and Mayes AL-Ghazi (Practice Manager) and team are so very caring, friendly, supportive and understanding. They listen and take their time with you and explain everything in easy to understand detail. Furthermore, they are conscious of the cost of dental procedures and go above and beyond to work within your budget. 100% recommend Dr Rutnam and her team.

Mayes was really persistent in helping us to get a rebate from our health insurance company when they told us ‘no’ twice due to my late submission of the receipt. I am thrilled with Mayes’ help as it was a complicated process requiring her to write two letters and this certainly was above and beyond what was required. Dr Sasha has completed exceptionally thorough and orthodontic treatment for two of children with outstanding results. Nino has delivered very competent and thorough dental treatment for my third child. My children are always happy to go to the dentist!

I highly recommend this team. I have a lot of trauma around needles and doctors. I consider myself a difficult patient due to my panic attacks and phobias. The team at NDC Turramurra were exceptionally accommodating, supportive and professional. I was also very impressed by the sedationist that attended the clinic to perform my sedation. Very unpleasant experience with Sasha. I went there to do a simple cleanup, the dentist didn’t spend enough time to remove the stains, the assistant who barely spoke English put a bunch of Flouride on my teeth using a cotton swab, it did not cover all my teeth but gave me a terrible sense of nausea for hours.
Dentist was focused on finding issues with my teeth and possible future visits instead of doing a proper treatment. Very disappointed, will try a different medibank provider for my next appointment.

As far as dentists go, I can't recommend this practice enough. The team are very helpful and friendly. Accommodating for my new baby coming with me and schedule changes. Vivienne, Rosa and Sasha are fantastic. Thanks girls.
