I was amazed that when I put my computer in for repair, it was returned to me with a new problem, the computer no longer has sound!
When questioned, the owner said he bore no responsibility as I had signed a disclaimer.
A very corrupt unethical business.

I’m sorry but your response was ridiculous! I did not ask you to replace my computer!
I just asked you to look at the sound issue which occurred since I took it to you last week.
I will ask Apple to resolve this

I have had work performed previously on my Mac but was having trouble retrieving the files from the external hard drive (work he had carried out but but file format was not recognised whe I attempted to access them). Returned today to ask for further paid assistance & he became defensive & aggressive saying I had accused him of not doing a proper job.
I replied that I was not accusing him of this but I needed help & was asking to pay for a further service.
He replied he was sick of the people of Thirroul accusing him of not doing a good job?!?
I have recommended him in the past to other people & never complained when my computer screen fell open (from not adhering it after internal work) after the last work was carried out. I chalked it up to just one of those small errors overlooked.
I left shaking & burst into tears when I got in the car, it was such a shock.

I recently reached out to try and retrieve some lost data on my hard drive. Ronnie was a pleasure to deal with and unfortunately the data was not retrievable, however I appreciate all effort and patience Ronnie put forward in order to try and achieve what I was after. Despite the technical issues we both came to a good agreement around cost for the time he put in and I’d highly recommend him to anyone who’s needing technical support.

Very rude and disappointing. Having called in advance to say I would like to come and get my screen fixed, he told me he now didn't have time because another customer had 'wasted his time'. Drove 20 mins to get there and pretty sure he hiked the price up just because he now didn't want to do the job. Walked out, and won't be coming back.
