I am a regular with my love 4 yoga and practice with Michelle 3 times a week whenever possible. It’s made such a huge difference to my arthritis, stiff hips and knees as well as my mental well being. This is my happy place! This yoga studio is in the most special of places, (the bird calls while you practise!!! ?), and Michelle is an INCREDIBLE teacher. Doesn't matter what level you are, Michelle will guide you, and all my other class mates are such delicious people. Feel so fortunate to have found this studio. ?
