My 2 year old son has been going to My First Gym in Frenchs Forest for the last year and absolutely loves it! He loves the activities and the teachers.
He has learnt so many great skills that have really helped his development and play. I feel like he is also much safer at the playground now that he has been able to practice climbing in a safe environment.

My 23 month old started at MFG Frenchs Forest about a month ago and adores it! The coaches are interactive, very patient and kind to the kids. I’ve seen my baby’s confidence grow, as well as sharing/following instructions/having fun. Bub has very quickly recognised the gym as a safe and happy place. A big thanks to Tash as well, who helps everything run smoothly and is the first friendly face you see as you walk in. I’m excited to watch bub grow and thrive as we move forward (it is also a great way to get rid of excess energy for an extra good nap) - thanks MFG Frenchs Forest. 🙂

Feedback from the 3 classes we attended
1st class, our child loved it and there was some guidance from the staff member so we signed up.
2nd class, ball sports, the staff member had no control of the class, did not approach our child, provide any guidance or assistance to get him to contribute to the class.
3rd class, staff member did not approach our child at all. Was basically free play the entire time.
I signed up because I wanted my child to gain listening and social skills during these classes.
Did not sign up to just do free play, staff members need to be more engaging. Or have more staff per class / less children.

I am a nanny of a girl that goes to My First Gym Frenchs Forest and she always has a great time with coach Tara in Jumping Joey class! She also adores coach Gab at the reception and gives him a big cuddles every time. All the coaches are super friendly and we always feel welcomed. I have been coming to MFG Frenchs Forest with my granddaughters since it opened. The coaches are fantastic especially Tash. The girls get very excited when they see her and they like her to watch them when they do the classes. Coach Charlotte is amazing also. Very nice family atmosphere

We had my sons 5th Birthday on the weekend at My First Gym and it was honestly the best party I have ever organised.

The entire process from booking, arriving , having the kids entertained by the incredible staff and then having them clean up... It was completely seamless.

I 100% recommend My First Gym for anyone looking for a hassle free, fun and affordable option for a party.
The staff are incredible, they met us on arrival and made my son feel so special, they entertained the kids for 1.5hrs, then helped me serve party food, cut the cake and served and then cleaned the entire room when we finished. Ive never felt so relaxed at a kids party.

My 7 yo son loves coming to MFG at FF. We now come twice a week and he works up a sweat every time. Tash, Willow and all the coaches are brilliant with the kids and super friendly and helpful to parents/carers. Facilities are great with heaps of flexibility to come to different sessions depending on what else we have on. I often bring his 11 yo brother (he’s the one who’s hijacked my gmail account) as it allows him to do homework whilst I catch up on admin. Easy parking!!! Highly recommend this facility for both boys and girls. We love coming.

Had a great birthday party at MFG. everyone had such a good time. The staff were very helpful and organised which helped the party run v smoothly.
