Perfect place to go after hiking in Blue Mountains. I ordered the chicken mushroom pie while my bf got the steak mushroom and lamb rosemary pies. We also ordered apple custard pie to share. Honestly the steak mushroom is the best! It was rainy so I also ordered hot chocolate and indeed very yummy😝

One of my favourite pie shops! Service was incredible and with a smile. I asked the server to surprise me with any pie (because they all taste good!) Mine was Lamb, Rosemary and Shiraz, DELICIOUS! Highly recommend stopping by here for breakfast or lunch and a cup of tea. Keep up the wonderful work guys!

If you're ever in the Blue Mountains, a visit to Mountain High Pies is a must! Every time I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop by. The pepper steak pie is usually my go-to, but today I decided to try the chili beef & bean – and it did not disappoint. The flavors are always spot on, the pastry perfectly crisp, and the fillings hearty and satisfying. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a delicious, comforting meal!

We came in during the rainy day.

We ordered Big Breakfast Pie and Shiraz Lamb with gravy toppled on. Both pies especially the Big Breakfast was unique and flavourful. My husband likes their fresh pressed orange juice.

The dessert we had was just okay. The hot custard pie and lemon meringue were just ordinary. There is definitely room for improvement.

Their specialty in my opinion is their savoury pies. We definitely will come back again for their pies whenever we passing by blue mountain area.

It was just what we needed on a drizzling day after a very long hike. The pies were crispy with a decent amount toppings. I agree with other reviews the mash was well worth it.
The long lines move quickly and there is enough parking.

Finally made it. Was so worth it too, the pies are delicious, so many to choose from, the service is great and the parking was so good, the deserts are incredible and the prices are the best part. Will be coming back here for sure

Famous for a reason. Super popular even at 2pm with a fairly long line but, damn, definitely worth the wait. No nonsense tavern-style decor and counter service.

Lamb shiraz
Flavour: SS+, 9.5/10. Probably the best lamb pie I've had. Well balanced lamb, wine and herb flavours
Pastry: SS, 9/10. Super flaky and fluffy
Value: S, 8/10. $9 is not bad

Steak and pepper
Flavour: SS, 9/10. Amazing pepper taste and gravy
Texture: SS, 9/10.
Value: S, 8/10. $9

Chicken and roast veg: S, 8/10. Decent but paled in comparison a little compared to the others

The Works: SS+, 9.5/10. For $4, this is a super worth.

Been here twice for many different pies. Definitely worth trying one savoury and sweet. The blueberry cheesecake pie was really good as well as the beef curry one. Very impressive special pies that are worth the visit!
