Best gym I have ever been to! Not only does it have the best Gym equipment but also the most amazing staff who make it their mission to build confidence and a family environment for each and every member. The classes are absolutely fabulous and designed for all fitness levels. Bootcamps are awesome and owner Hope goes above and beyond to make ever workout fun and exciting. If I could rate this gym higher I would!!

This place has it all.
Welcoming staff, always happy to share their knowledge to build a better you.
Plenty of space and equipment whatever your fitness level.
A large group fitness studio with so many different classes and time slots to cater for any schedule.
If you haven’t signed up for a 6 week bootcamp challenge yet, get on board. I highly recommend you do it this year. Fitness and fun along with a bit of healthy competition between teams. (Yellow runs through my blood now.)?
I walked in 12 months ago and by far the best thing I have done for myself, not only physically and mentally but I have formed some great friendships.
This community will support you in getting fit and staying fit.

The passion and dedication that Hope puts into it is amazing. Friendly welcoming environment. Always offering additional classes or activities. Large variety of equipment.

My favourite gym outside of Melbourne. It's actually better than my local gym. They have an awesome functional training area and plenty of cardio equipment. If you're in Deni and need to train, this is the place to go.
