I love Mosman ELC! Such a warm and home like centre - 2 of my 3 children have attended here and we have loved every minute of it. Alice and the educators are so dedicated and supportive. I know that every one there cherishes my children, and shares the same love and care for my children - we celebrate their achievements together! Brilliant partnerships with families, always willing to talk and build bridges between home life and time at the centre. A true hidden gem in Mosman!

Mosman ELC was wonderful. Alice and the carers made this like a home away from home for our son. He was there from 12 months until pre-school and he always felt welcome.
The ELC team were very warm and welcoming and really cared for the children. Our son briefly went to another daycare (larger franchise closer to our work) before COVID and we could tell the difference immediately - ELC was much friendlier and felt more like members of a family.
Alice is also very flexible and willing to accommodate family holidays / absences etc with minimum fuss.
Thank you to all the carers including Vendana, Carolina, Sandra, Rachel, Pritha and Ishu for taking care of Jacob!
We would not hesitate to send any of our kids to Mosman ELC.

Our son attended this ELC from April 2021 up until we moved in Aug 2022
This centre was absolutely wonderful. Warm, welcoming and intriguing children with themes to learn about. We still remember this centre fondly and unfortunately have not been able to find any CC in our new local area (Hills) as wonderful as this centre.
Special shout out to educators Cintia, Char, Ishu and the departed Marcela and Carolina.

The staff and management of Mosman Early Learning Centre are extremely hard-working, caring, dedicated and professional in what they do. They provide a wonderful childcare service and take great pride in all aspects of the business. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to any parent seeking childcare.

A wonderful nurturing centre, the staff are caring, engaged and professional. The activities are always varied and educational. Great healthy food too. I enjoy the family feel and I would highly recommend. My daughter loves going to “kindy”. Thanks Mosman ELC. One happy parent!

My daughter has attended this centre from the age of 8.5 months to 2 years in the nursery room. We toured many local centres before choosing this one and have had a beautiful experience there.

Things we like:
- small nursery room (maximum 8 babies and usually less) which has to help keep babies healthy, our daughter has been very well
- for a small centre there is a lot of natural light and beautiful outdoor space, the nursery room in particular has large bay windows
- quiet and dark cot room; this was a huge advantage this centre has over some of the other local smaller centres
- the staff; genuinely caring and attentive to each child’s unique needs and routine, we adore the nursery room leader
- adaptable routines and activities; they really got to know our daughter and amended the activities to ensure they did things she enjoys, I can’t believe how much painting, water play, craft and physical activity they fit into each day
- fresh food made on site
- nappies provided
- long hours and support for busy parents; with my partner working away a lot my daughter has often been first-in last-out and the staff have been very supportive of me and those pressures, rather than rushing me out the door
- management that are very receptive to feedback and suggestions; I’m not an easy customer! Anytime I’ve questioned anything or made suggestions my enquires have been taken in a spirit of improvement without tension or hassle
- regular contact; I’ve loved receiving photos throughout the day
- price; we would have paid top dollar for the right place but it turns out this centre is much more affordable than some of the other local centres

There are a lot of big flashy centres in Mosman. We are so pleased we chose this centre with a beautiful home like environment without any sacrifice on professionalism.

A wonderful place to send your kids!!! Staff are caring, loving & nurturing. Most of all, my 2.5yr son loves going and is openly affectionate with staff whom he loves to cuddle. The staff are like family to my son (and our extended family) and we are so appreciative of their exceptional care. I never expected such a great experience!!!

Both my kids went to MELC starting from the age of 7 months and 10 months. Amazingly caring and loving educators. Very professional and accomodating management. We are forever grateful!!
