I recently joined Momentum and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facilities are top-notch, featuring a wide range of equipment that is always well-maintained and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or provide guidance on workouts.

What I love most is the variety of classes offered, from high-intensity interval training to yoga, catering to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is motivating, and I've met some great people who share similar fitness goals. Plus, the 24/7 hours make it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule.

Overall, Momentum has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a supportive and energetic environment! Five stars all the way!

One of the best gyms on the coast, adding new equipment nearly every time I visit.

The construction has been top-tier, I’m a fitness passport member and worked in the fitness industry for 10+ years.

Won’t find a better gym for high quality weightlifting, recovery (sauna and ice bath) and with one of the best boxing trainers in NSW developing the boxing program at momentum. Feels like not a dollar has been spared in the entire process, members appreciate the extra time, effort and mile from the team.

Momentum has set a gold tier standard already!

Love this gym! Second home now. Best staff award goes to Kate! She never fails to help members out and put a smile on their faces each morning to start the day right even if it was a small hello or anything we needed help with! A great gym starts with the first point of contact!

Ive been training at this gym for nearly a month and absolutely love the environment. The space is well-designed, allowing for a smooth flow as you work out while offering more variety than you could ever need—boxing, CrossFit, weightlifting, yoga, a sauna, and an ice bath. The staff are fantastic, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel comfortable, never intimidated or out of place. The trainers are passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you reach your best.

A special shoutout to the boxing coaches—Lachie is an absolute champion, with technique down pat and an ability to explain it in a way anyone can pick up. Michael brings the energy, lighting a fire under you and pushing you past limits you didn’t think you had.

Long story short, if you love fitness in any form, this is the place to be.

I Started with Momentum Charmhaven from the grand opening Feb 2025, friendly staff, a great vibe, excellent equipment, variety of classes and includes saunas and ice baths. Momentum is definitely making a mark as an elite fitness venue that covers many levels of fitness needs for its members right here on the central coast.
