This is a well-disguised scam/cult. I went through 3 days of the basic workshop without knowing what I was getting myself into. Just do research on LGATs. While I do think there are elements of truth in what they offer, they make you feel as though you NEED this company or the advanced courses to reach your goals. At the end of the day, this is a company. Not a non-profit mental health organization. Their goal is to make money. Do with that info what you will. ?‍♀️

Enjoyed the free workshop a lot! Unfortunately the second and third workshops I attended were super scammy. I ended up trapped in a weekend long “getaway” and when I wanted to leave, it was impossible. Lost thousands of dollars and time too. I’m posting this 5 years later because I still think about the money I lost every once in a while.

Momentum (Basic) was a life-changing weekend. Despite consistent work to be fairly self-actualized (I work with a therapist on a weekly basis), the workshop opened my eyes to the truth of what I was putting in front of my own happiness, what it was that I actually wanted in life, and the fears that were keeping me from it.

Within a week of completing the program, I took a courageous step toward dropping what was holding me back and continued to move forward through 2019 rooted in truth. By the end of 2019, I had received three raises, a new job, a new relationship status, and a completely new outlook on what I was capable of achieving. And while these achievements were a product of decisions I made on my own, Momentum was... well... the momentum.... that opened my eyes up to the truth and courage that existed within myself to go out and make it happen.

The facilitator (Sandra) and the staff were incredible and supportive. Highly recommended!

This place and the people there are the real deal. I was skeptical before doing one of their workshops (recommended by a mentor). Long story short- I did almost all of their trainings, left a toxic relationship I was in for years and now work in my dream field. My life changed for the better because of Momentum!

Its an experience that WILL change your life if you choose it to be different. Momentum is simply one path in helping you reach your dreams. There are countless ways to find your way back to who you really are. The work never stops. I find in a community like Momentum you have the option to do some serious work in a shorter hyper focused period of time. It’s not for everyone but if you’re hungry for a change Momentum is a great place to start.
