I have 2 children that currently attend this centre and they have settled in well and absolutely love coming into daycare. They love the indoor and outdoor space and all of the educators. There are incursions planned regularly and always a good turn out during family events. We couldn’t be happier!

The educator changes frequently.
The facilities are good, but the cleaning condition is poor unless there is external evaluation.

While the proposed alternatives to the incidents sound plausible, they are not followed through, and the same problems keep recurring.

After leaving the center, the center fee was withdrawn two more times and I still have not received a refund.

The withdrawal itself is an issue, but they claim that the center's refund policy is 6 weeks and that it will be processed this week. By the way, it is already the seventh week from the date they mentioned.

My twins started at Mini Masterminds SOP several months ago, specifically in the babies' room, when they were 8 months old. I do realize that when we first started, the center was not in the best shape. However, the improvements over the past few months have exceeded my expectations. The new management, Miss Rebecca, and all the educators in the babies' room have been wonderful and passionate about making improvements.

The educators treat my children as if they were their own. We are greeted warmly every day, and my children feel very comfortable as soon as we step into the daycare. They show a lot of love towards their teachers.

Additionally, I receive daily feedback from the teachers, along with various pieces of advice that help me with my daily routine with the twins.

Thank you, everyone, for the care you provide for my children

This week I saw an poster in MiniMasterminds SOP asking for a 5 start review in Google in exchange to participate in a draw for a yearly family pass to Taronga Zoo. While I don’t need the pass I’m happy to give an honest review. My son has been going to this childcare centre for more than 2 years, at the beginning the staff was really good and center was amazing, the facilities are great and it was really well run, but a year ago everything went downhill, constant change of management and staff, drop the quality of the services this childcare provided to the absolute lowest putting the parents in a hard position and having to request several face to face meetings with management to address the ongoing issues at the beginning of this year. We were promised a lot but we have not seen much so far, changes are made very slowly and with a lot of effort. The biggest issue is the very ambitious plans the owners have about opening more and more centers and not looking after the ones they already have open. If I still have my son in the center is because I’m still waiting for a miracle to happen that revert the center to how it was 2 years ago. Tomorrow there is an open day, the center looks the cleanest in a year, I wish the do this open days monthly. Hopefully in few weeks/months I can give a better review if things improve but at the moment this is the best I can do. I’ve attached a video of how the facilities were after a month requesting them to be clean, I’m glad they finally cleaned it for the open day. Looking forward to see the improvements they have promised us.

We enrolled our daughter a year ago for five days a week, and it has been a wonderful experience. The lovely educators have always taken great care of our little one, showing love and dedication to their job.

My daughter has recently moved to the 2-3 room, and she is thoroughly enjoying all the planned activities, from yoga and sports adventures to learning the alphabet and numbers, reading various types of books, drawing, and many more. Her positive attitude and the happiness she shows on her face every morning when she goes to daycare are proof that she loves the place, the activities, and the people around her.

Thank you for taking care of my little one.

Our child attended the nursery room here for 8 months. We started out optimistic but it soon became clear that the quality of care was not meeting what the centre promised and advertised.

The staffing turnover was constant and concerning. The centre relied heavily on casuals to meet ratios, who changed daily and were not familiar to the children.

Hygiene standards were also lacking. Twice we were sent photos of our child drinking from someone else's drink bottle. While enrolled here she suffered from multiple viruses, croup, nappy rash, bacterial rashes on her face and buttocks, and also had a positive MRSA skin swab. Soiled nappies were always logged on the app at the same time each day, at their "routine" nappy change time - how long were children left in a soiled nappy waiting for the scheduled nappy change time?

We had to constantly ask staff to post updates/photos of what the children were doing or learning, as though daily documentation was not a part of their role. The lack of resources was also disappointing. Very little creativity or thought went into the daily activities.

All of these issues were raised with both centre and area management. Parent meetings were held however we did not see the changes promised. We have since joined another centre where our child is thriving. I've waited to write this review as I was worried that there was something wrong with her to be so sick or upset at childcare, or that our expectations were unrealistic. Our experience at the new centre has been completely different, which speaks volumes.

I sincerely hope things have improved in recent months however please do your research and consider all reviews when looking for childcare in SOP. From another recent comment it appears that the centre has offered parents a chance to win a zoo voucher in exchange for a positive review!

It was good until it wasn't. My daughter was there since MM SOP opened its doors, top of class place for a kid to be, 2 years later with my second kid his experience from the very beginning wasn't great, I spent months making excuses based on the great experience my daughter had, but Minimasterminds simply dropped the ball, all amazing educators flew one by one and suddenly the centre was full of rotating strangers and with classrooms full of very unsettled kids, poor communication from head office, no reliable centre directors ( have changed more than twice in a matter of months), zero interest in turning things around, lies and lies. Don't be misguided by the number of centers they are opening that's a huge part of the problem. Check around and ask away. This is not the center it was once.
