Milestones has been fantastic.
At first my daughter was quite shy and would get upset when I left, the girls would always call and let me know that she had settled down and what she was doing.
She is always having a blast when I arrive to pick her up.
I love that they ensure the kids are wearing hats and they reapply sunscreen.
I like that I can see what they are having at meal times, the kids get a variety of foods and are encouraged to drink water throughout the day.
All of the staff are wonderful and welcoming, my daughter is comfortable with all of the educators but she has become particularly fond of Miss Emily and Miss Clare who are both amazing with her.

I have two girls and both girls have been attending Milestones South Grafton from a young age. I couldn’t be happier with the care the team provide and I have always felt comfortable leaving my kids in their care. My older one has just gone to school and I couldn’t have asked for a better preparation from Miss Jess who ensured she was ready for school. My younger one is in the nursery and Miss Shay, Miss Tayla, Miss Simonn and Miss Justine are amazing educators that genuinely care for my daughter.

Most caring, loving and helpful teachers I could ever ask for! The teachers in both toddler room and preschool room go above and beyond for my children! I couldn’t be more happier for my babies, my children haven’t just made friends with children at the preschool but there teachers too, can not thank you guys enough ❤️❤️

Please check Ohana/Milestones are charging you correctly. We were overcharged for several days the children did not attend. It took months and a lot of frustration to get the money back. Also hats are poorly enforced during outdoor play. Litter is often scattered around the periphery of the centre - often visible from the main road as you pass. The educators were good but the management is terrible. ###Unfortunately 6 months after complaining about the litter around the centre it saddens me to see it’s now worse than ever###

Cannot recommend Ohana enough ? my son absolutely loves it there. The staff are friendly, genuine and great at their job. The centre is clean, very well presented and very well equipped. The outdoor area is great, with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

I am really happy with how fast my bubba has settled into this friendly environment..and how he has grown in such a short time.
I know he has so much fun from the smile on his face at the end of the day and how he gets excited before i even get him out of the car in the mornings ?
