We have been apart of milestones for two going on three years now and love it. Our son has been well cared for from nursery to toddler (almost preschool). We have always felt welcomed and safe. Our son loves going to school and seeing his friends and educators. He often comes home talking about all the fun things he has done throughout his day. His educators have been very accommodating with his hearing/speech issues.

No matter which centre your child goes to you will always have minor issues but we have found milestones to be very communicative with families and open to discuss any concerns and feedback. The current manager is fantastic and has demonstrated her dedication and genuine care for the staff, children and families. We have our second child starting soon and are grateful to have somewhere where we feel safe and happy.

I send both my kids here. They are a few years apart in age and in different rooms but I love that they can find each other in the big outside area when they are doing outside time. The educators are also super lovely and kind. Another major plus is that they have an in-house chef who makes delicious looking and healthy meals. The kids have nicer lunches than my husband and I do! XD

My Son started at the start of this year. Since going to Milestones he has learnt several new skills. Such as playing with a group of other kids, animal sounds and eating on his own with a spoon. I am very happy with the Daycare and would recommend them to another Parent looking for a safe and friendly environment to send their child.

I would highly recommend Bathurst Milestones to every family, the staff are welcoming and nurturing, and very professional. They have great school readiness program and have great educational programs planned each week based off the children interests and needs. I love seeing my daughters day each afternoon via Storypark and all the activities they get up to. I know my daughter enjoys going to school and I can’t thank you enough for all the love and nurture they give her!

Xavier loves it here, and the staff are amazing, they take care of all the children so well and really teach them the best skills to keep them developing. But the staff are just the best and so friendly, and it makes me feel good that my son is in such good hands, but also safe. He has developed so much since starting, I highly recommend this daycare 100%.

My kid attend the Milestone since December. She got childcare subsidy and told Milestone that she got CCS from the starting but still Milestone never linked with Centrelink. Milestone charged me full amount. When I took kids from that childcare, now they link with the Centrelink as a casual. Now due to them, My CCS got cancelled for not attending to childcare which she attend the Milestone. Also, I already told them that my kid will not attend Milestone anymore and took her out by the timeframe given by Milestone but still they charged me 1 week more which my kid not attended. I talked with hem lot of time and even went to the centre but still they didn’t solve my problem and doesn’t refund 1 week fee as well.

Wonderful staff, always friendly & courteous. Great variety of creative activities, discovery learning & explicit teaching. Reinforces healthy eating, appreciation of outdoors, sun safety, love of pets/animals, vege gardening & physical activity. All my children have loved/love attending Milestones Bathurst!
