I have completed my Certificate IV Bookkeeping and Accounting online at MCI Institute and I really loved the flexibility it brings and how the course is self-paced, making it easier to work at my own time while catering both work and personal lifestyle.
I like to thank my mentor Rachel for responding to my questions quickly and checks up on me on a regular basis. I wasn't very talkative much but I'd enjoyed her presence and would recommend her as a mentor as she answer my questions clearly and make it easier for me to understand.

I have just completed my certificate 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting. I would just like to say that MCI has been fantastic throughout my course. I am so happy I chose to do this course here, after a lot of research into other places prior to enrolment. Michelle Walley was my mentor, and available to talk to whenever I had a problem, and the couple of issues I had over the past 14 months, were resolved in a professional and efficient manner. Overall, I was happy with the content and learning experiences I was provided across the duration of the course. They covered all areas that an administration person would experience in a work place. A number of experiences were also targeted at management level, which provided a taster for positions above the predetermined level of the course. The modules were well set out and the learning experiences broadened my knowledge in the area of study I undertook. The program structure and online interface was very easy to use and negotiate.
I was extremely happy with my mentor Mila who kept me focussed and encouraged me to meet course deadlines. She also supported me with video assessments and course re-alignment. I was able to be autonomous with my studies with her full support and understanding.
If I were to note any disappointments with the course I would say that the feedback from the assessors was way too general. On many assessments/submissions (of which there were 228 for this course), feedback "A good response" did nothing to enhance my understanding of the quality of my work nor the areas that I could have improved upon. Sometimes I spent many hours on a single response to have feedback " A good response" as my feedback. This fact may encourage candidates to do the bare minimum for each assessment as one begins to think/feel, "why should I put in so much effort, when I feel my assessors have not read my responses completely and have cut and pasted "A good response" into my feedback comment space.
Would I recommend doing a course with MCI again - the answer would be an overwhelming Yes, provided assessors gave me better feedback.

I found the MCI Institute very professional, informative & supportive from my first enquiry until my final submission. My Mentor, Michelle, was encouraging & always a pleasure to deal with. She helped to make the "role-plays" bearable. I looked forward to our catch ups. I would happily suggest the MCI Institute to others, & I wouldn't hesitate to enroll again in another course that caught my attention.

Online learning has its own challenges, and there were times when I thought I couldn't understand certain topics or pass assessments. But Mila was always there to help. I wanted to thank my mentor Rachel hows immensely for helping me throughout the completion of my Diploma of Business Operations. Along with other mentors who all joined to help me with my roleplay. MCI institute was prompt and easy to reach anytime, friendly staffs and very professional.
