ordered 2 large double cheeseburger meals with two iced chocolates, received the food almost an hour and a half later. burgers were smushed, cold and lazy. chips were only half full, stale and cold. and to top this off, we received 2 large cokes instead of the iced chocolates. when we called the mcdonalds to complain, they said they haven’t gotten an uber order in hours and can’t do anything and it’s an uber issue, even though it was the stores wrongdoing.

very disappointing experience at this Macdonalds branch. the staff were as accomodating as they could be, but unfortunately the manager displayed very rude and condescending behaviour. she would not even come and speak with me to resolve the issue. instead chose to hide. the cleanliness of the Maccas was also very disappointing. will not be going back to this Maccas again.

My recent visit to McDonald's Woodcroft left me with a sense of disappointment, as several aspects of my dining experience fell far short of expectations. I would like to share my observations in the following points:

Hygiene Neglected: It is regrettable to report that the restaurant's hygiene standards were shockingly subpar during my visit. Piles of rubbish were scattered throughout the dining area, and despite dining for a substantial 45 minutes, there was no evidence of any staff members attempting to address or clean up the mess. This glaring lack of cleanliness was not only unsightly but also raised concerns about food safety and overall sanitation.

Inconvenient Self-Service Kiosks: The self-service kiosks, designed to enhance customer convenience, were ironically a source of inconvenience during my visit. None of the kiosks had printer paper, which made placing and processing orders needlessly complicated. This oversight significantly detracted from the efficiency and speed that such kiosks are intended to offer.

Unprofessional Staff Behavior: I was disheartened by the unprofessional conduct of one of the counter staff members. The young lady serving us appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm in her role. What was particularly disconcerting was her sudden change in demeanor when she noticed a friend outside the restaurant. In the midst of serving us, she interrupted her duties to smile and wave at her friend. Such behavior, during an otherwise unimpressive service experience, was disheartening.

Missing Happy Meal Component: Another inconvenience I encountered was the omission of apple juice from the Happy Meal I ordered. This oversight necessitated a return trip to the counter to request the missing item. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or apology from the staff for the oversight, which further diminished the overall customer experience.

Unsatisfactory Beverage Service: To add to the list of disappointments, the beverages served to us were warm due to the unavailability of ice. What was even more frustrating was the absence of any prior warning about the lack of ice. I had to approach the manager on duty to request ice, but there was a noticeable lack of empathy or apology for the inconvenience caused.

In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's Woodcroft was marked by a series of unfortunate incidents that collectively marred what should have been a straightforward and enjoyable dining experience. The issues related to hygiene, kiosk functionality, staff professionalism, missing components in orders, and beverage service need immediate attention from the management to uphold the reputation and customer satisfaction associated with the McDonald's brand.

we waited 2 hours for our food to be delivered only for the burger patties to be uncooked. don't work at a restaurant if you don't know how to cook.

The most slowest service that's ever walked this earth happens to be the workers at this restaurant. Almost 15 minutes of waiting is absolute rubbish. It's not a one-off. I've experienced this very slow service on different occasions. You keep us waiting, and when you give our food, it's less than warm. It wasn't even busy, and you let half of the drive-thru customers wait in the waiting bay. It's ridiculous. Wake up and move! My pet snail is probably faster! 🐌

What can I even say about this place..
I was so hungry and I went to McDonalds at night around 10:30pm.

The McChicken burger I ordered was missing lettuce and mayo.
The cherry ripe Sundae I ordered was missing the red sauce, chocolate flakes and structure . All I got was half filled melted vanilla ice cream and a teaspoon of chocolate sauce.
Absolutely pathetic. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience of fast food dining in my life. For the price I paid - i wouldn’t go here even if it was the only thing left. Disgusting food and crappy service
