Absolutely disgusted picked up two big max and to fix shakes and fries and a large from Kempsey store got home took a bite out of me big map. No meat on it. It was in a separate container marked nuggets cannot understand the logic in this won’t be getting, my patronage any more.
Since when do the customers have to make the hair own hamburgers?

Touch screen machines are not working. Staff can't listen or read the touch screens. Lattes taste like only light flavoured water. Or frothed milk, no coffee. Burgers are so small and tastes like plastic.

Best McDonald's experience I've had. Service was efficient and kind, we could tell the workers genuinely took pride in what they did. The service and atmosphere was wonderful and the food and drinks we ordered were made deliciously.

We used the drive through which was a little slow, but it is peak season so no big deal. We had to park and wait for the coffee and mcmuffin and they gotthe order wrong so I ended up going into the store anyway. Friendly staff and very apologetic about the mistake.

Hash brown was about 40 year old and I swear they microwaved the Pancakes?
They were all but fused with the bottom of the tray.. which was broken in two corners, maple syrup was fun to juggle in the car..
The bread used for the toasted sandwich had to have been left to air out for a few days to ensure it was super stale and like chewing on a Starburst
I know it's a long stretch to ask people to take pride in their minimal wage job but if the managers could stop cutting corners because the franchise owners are up them about waste management (cheapskate) that would be sweet.

Ordered a big brekkie burger and they didnt put egg on it. Previous times maccas has forgotten the meat on my quarter pounder as well as other items not that hard to get an order correct i used to work at maccas it is not that hard dude.

I would go there for the thick shakes but sometimes they say they are not working and I think the place doesn't get cleaned enough and the toilets are not cleaned enough and they have nice people in there and they need a break room and the food is sometimes amazing and sometimes not amazing I use to go there and they just gave me a 2 buns with nothing on it

This has to be one of the CLEANEST McDonalds I have come across. Polite staff behind the food counter, however the McCafe staff need a little happy pill! Thank you to the food staff and the cleaners. Never have I seen anyone clean the windows and keep the inside clean like I had here in Kempsey MacDonalds. Great job 👏
