I am so surprised by a couple of fairly recent bad reviews.
I have not been there for two years, but they were the ant's pants for me at the time. Glen and a young woman were absolutely fantastic. I got myself transferred to them after speaking with Glen and never looked back. I got the support I needed and have been paying plenty of tax for about three years; and I am now 65. I know that they changed the system while I was still in contact with them. Maybe they need to put it back the way it was.

I came in for a appointment left work from Wollongong to go to it so lost out on
money and fuel for nothing sat for 40 minutes waiting past my appointment time, then they wanted me to fill in forms when I had 5 minutes left to go and pick up my daughters from school, then had the hide to ask me to come back!! just calls texts emails it never ends!! As a single mother with an 11 and 8 year old working it's a absolute joke!! Hounding me to do more hours are you paying the after school fees Then they want a payslip to say they got me a job, yet I've been there 3 years way before they signed me up with you!! They cut you off for working and don't start me on the demerits system!! And good luck trying to call them 40 minute wait time.

After every experience at the various max offices in the Campbelltown area being absolutely disgusting to say the very least,
It was a welcomed shock to visit the Shellharbour office for my first time today and feel welcomed by friendly smiling staff who were engaging, helpful and didn’t leave me feeling like I’d inconvenienced them by “forcing” them to work.
Honestly couldn’t fault their professionalism, but more importantly their manner in which they treat anyone who walked through their door.
Lovely people who I feel thoroughly did what their job entails, and asked how they could do more to help.
That was definitely a new experience for me, and a much appreciated one at that.

The star rating does not reflect how I was treated. For 5 months I never saw the lady i was meant to be dealing with. They missed about 6 phone appointments, and I never even started looking for work. The Wollongong reviews are more in line with this office. Appalling really...

Not a great experience back in the day when I was unemployed. Not sure if it's changed but I had to do job searches on a computer for an hour every week otherwise I'd get payment suspended
