I would give 2 thumbs up for the Asian staff there, even though I am not direct job-seeker, but I have seen how she works. She is an amazing staff for THOSE WHO WANT TO WORK and she would offer any possible kind of assistant required, despite her limitation. I have seen my friend got the job she wanted and now working happily as a full timer. Well done Max Employment Cabramatta!!!

This one old asian lady was highly unprofessional here at ME Cabramatta. This was my first time here today and I didn't feel welcomed at all. She didn't understand or bothered to listen to my situation. Her body language made me cringe. She sighed a lot & kept repeating her questions as if I had hearing malfunction. I told her I don't have a car and she assumed I didn't have a license and was complaining why I transferred over to Cabramatta ME. I felt belittled. I couldn't tell her that I had an induction today cos she immediately asked if I wanted a transfer. Mind you, this was my FIRST day here. Obviously I said yes due to the fact I can't deal with people who can't do their jobs properly. Max Employment, please see to that you hire people who are willing to help individuals that are actually looking for work. My service there deserves 0 stars. But because I need to write something... yeah you know what I mean.

I have been with the same Lazy Incompashionate worker now for almost 3yrs, and she has done Nothing to help me and has put in ZERO effort. I’ve had several attempts at to try and reach out to her and all she does is say words under her breath. My worker “Looney” is extremely unprofessional and to be honest I don’t know how she still has a job there. I’m finally changing from Max Employment as it’s just been a waste of time and energy and Mentally if I stayed any longer I will end up just like my workers name “LOONEY”. If anyone does end up in the Cabramatta office and you end up with Looney your progress will be Nil.
Unfortunately I had to give this 1 star rating otherwise I couldn’t write a review.
