I have been going to Matrix since year 8. This is my fourth year at Matrix, and I have enjoyed the whole experience. My previous coaching college had paper workbooks that were bad quality and easy to misplace. From the high-quality theory and workbooks to the helpful teacher, I feel that my marks have improved greatly since coming to Matrix.

Previously, I only used to get highs in my school English assignments. However, through Matrix, I have increased my marks to outstanding to full marks. I had an excellent English teacher who I had until year 10. Her positive vibes and helpful teachings made me stay for this long!

The resources and study materials were top-notch, and the personalized approach to learning helped me to excel in my studies. I encountered a system error during the enrollment process and tried various methods to resolve it on my own. When those didn’t work, I contacted Matrix for help. Unfortunately, rather than assisting with my registration, they repeatedly sent emails suggesting solutions I had already tried and explicitly said didn’t work. No one actually helped me register; instead, I kept receiving emails asking me to suggest other ways to register. This was a complete waste of time. What’s the point of saying 'don’t hesitate to contact us' if, when I do, you don’t assist but simply ask me to retry the same things?

Matrix has helped me greatly improve upon my understanding of core topics such as linear relationships, congruency, and data analysis, which are all key topics covered at school as well. This has aided me in achieving high scores for my school maths assessments and solidified my basic knowledge in important topics. Matrix workbooks explain concepts thoroughly and in a step by step manner, as well as providing helpful example questions to nurture my understanding. They also provide multiple ways of solving questions, expanding on my skills. The homework questions are also highly correlated to my school work, and are somewhat challenging to train my brain. Overall, the learning environment at Matrix is amicable, and the teachers can explain and refer to aspects of our learning appropriately. Highly recommend Matrix!

Matrix Education has greatly helped me improve my understanding of chemistry and biology concepts especially. I used to be below average in science at school, but after just one year at Matrix enrolled in Year 10 science, I was able to come first in the grade in science. While the work can be content-rich at Matrix, it is highly beneficial to learn the topics ahead of school so that you can get ahead of the rest of your class and also get a good foundation for when your teacher goes over it at school later. I found this especially helpful when Matrix covered important concepts my school teachers did not cover or did not cover well and were in my school exams. While most of my friends were confused about some concepts that were not well taught at school, I was able to help them because I had already learnt the topics at Matrix. The teachers here are also super knowledgeable and approachable, and ready to answer any questions you have about the content you may be learning at school or at Matrix. The service team is also very efficient in helping with enrolment or any technical issues that arise.

The Chatswood Matrix Campus is a wonderful learning hub for students like myself, with high-quality Workbooks and Theory Books to support all of us with developing a better understanding of the content provided. As a Year 11 student currently enrolled in the Biology, Chemistry and Advanced English courses at this campus, I really appreciate the dedication of all my tutors in ensuring that each lesson we get as much done as possible. On top of this, I’m really grateful to them for offering consideration when school exam blocks roll around and balancing work becomes difficult. Matrix has provided me with a quality learning experience, shared with school peers and opportunities to branch out that make this all the more fun.

Matrix has very knowledgeable and interesting teachers that explain the content clearly and in great depth, with quality learning material to accompany. They teach many courses ranging from math and english to all three sciences. Overall, Matrix has greatly improved my understanding of the courses I take at school.

Matrix is a very good educational institution. It satiates my incredulously demanding lust of knowledge. The service team is meticulous in their astoundingly profound efforts. Despite all this, the pricing on courses is rather visceral and draining of the wallets of my parents.
