Going through a tough time and that woman has both the patience and understanding of a saint. She not only assisted me numerous times (both in person and over the phone) but helped me resolve my issue with solid, actually useful advice.

I don’t see the point in having to deal with these people when they won’t help me with being able to do the course I won’t anyway! They haven’t done anything to help me and I’m beyond frustrated at this point! Getting really annoyed at the way I’m spoken too also!
Edit: I honestly don’t see the point in these people! I’m only ever annoyed by them to do meaningless tasks when I already have a job PLUS an autistic son to look after (and have been told I should put him in after school care so I can do more hours which is NOT HAPPENING) PLUS I care for my mother with cancer! I’ve never really received any help only stress from these people! If it’s keeps up I’ll take it further and just go on health benefits to avoid this drama!
