Worked with Cuong for the most part but the team at Matchworks were always courteous and willing to answer my questions.
Cuong helped me understand the system, and got me an interview. Didn't get the role, but it's good to know they're always on the lookout to land me a role.

Main cons would be the lack of a receptionist, so it can lead to people standing/sitting around when all the consultants are busy.

Friendly team that treated me with courtesy and respect. Would recommend if you need job network provider in the area.
