Some teachers we have met and gotten to know are caring, friendly and great with our kids. The principal, Mrs Lee puts 110% in to each child and their family, one of the main reasons MVPS is decent.
Bullying is unfortunate and there isn't enough done and often it is swept under the rug or dismissed when it is not your run of the mill type of bullying that is "easy" to see or fix.

my grandma got hit in the head with a baseball bat.
also i drop kicked out of the school by miss lee so i have a bit of truma so im duducting a point other wise decent school

I used to be a student here, Kindy to Year 6.
This school had brought many memories and I am super happy I had chosen it as my primary school. I only graduated ths year (2023). Mrs Blackband and Mr Dylan were two amazing people who taugt 6B and 6D and I was in 6B. I had strived here and I am going to high school now, hope for the best.
Thank you Mrs Robertson (Miss Buckley) for being a lovely kindy teacher, best of luck!

Great school and staff in comparison to St Kieran’s. The school works in partnership with parents to provide amazing outcomes for children. The school groups are phenomenal.

My Sister Jeanette started Year 1 in 1957 & I started in 1955. We lived on Condamine Rd opposite the Manly golf course. We both had fond memories of our Primary education at this school.
Unfortunately we didn't finish our Primary education in Sydney, as we relocated to Brisbane when I was ten. This was a big shock, as the education system was vastly different & only with help of our Grandmother, a retired teacher , did we not have to go down a year in grades!
Jeanette has passed on, but if anyone can remember us I would love to connect.

It is a very small school (when I was in year 6 there was 600 kids), with very tight knit community. Everyone knows everyone and all the teachers are so kind and caring. I recommend it to anyone who needs a primary school.

I attended primary school here from kindergarten to year 6. Much smaller than many other primary schools however a much more tight knit community amongst students, parents and staff and a strong environmental awarness is instilled from very early on!
