THIS WILL BE A LONG REVIEW BUT ITS WORTH THE READ BEFORE BOOKING
If I could give zero stars I would. But since I can’t 1 star it is since the hall is beautiful but that’s where the good about the venue stops. First red flag was when I booked the hall online after going to view it they took the money out of my account but I never received any confirmation even after I called. I chased them up everyday for about a week before the booking was confirmed this was in early July. After that situation there was no sort of communication. On the day of the event which was the 16th of August I didn’t receive an access code, I called at about 12pm they said someone will call me back by 12:30pm, 2 hours goes by and I don’t hear back. I decide to call back at around 2pm keep in mind my booking was for 3pm. They put me on hold gave me the run around and eventually cut the call on me. Now it’s 3pm and I’m outside the hall waiting I call back but it’s not being answered, I use my sister’s phone and they answer almost immediately. Still I don’t receive a code, the decorating team is also outside the venue and waiting. I’m on hold for over an hour they cut the call and then we keep trying to call back. At almost 5 we receive a code finally get in after loosing 2 hours of my booking. When we get in the hall is hot they have the temperature on 28 degrees. We call and after another run around someone eventually comes to put the the temp “down”. They put it to 24 degrees and refused to put it lower so it’s still hot we had to leave all the doors open the whole night. Throughout the event the doors would not open automatically I had to have someone out there constantly opening the door for guest. Plus they didn’t give the code for the bins. Then I call and send an email on Saturday about all the inconveniences, I was told I would receive a call on Monday and they would reimburse me for the time I lost. I hear nothing back I chase them up and still nothing, I didn’t receive my bond back either which I shouldn’t have to chase up before it should be given. After giving me the run around for a whole month I eventually receive my bond back on the 19th of September almost 5 weeks after my event. After reading all this you might wanna look at other venues before you book this one or only use it as a last resort. They are very unprofessional and lack communication and customer service skills.

If you want your event to run smoothly, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Every single cubicle in the bathroom had ZERO toilet paper. None. Absolutely unacceptable. The entire day at an event and had ZERO toilet paper. There was no one around to contact and clearly no one made any effort to stock up for the weekend ahead. You PAY to have a function and the facility does not even supply the bare minimum for people to be able to use the restroom.
