I contacted Michelle + Toni regarding my Father's broken hearing aid. He was in hospital very ill and urgently needed it fixed. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. I spent some time in their surgery waiting for the assesment and witnessed so many happy patients. They are truly professional, compassionate and caring Audiologists. They care about their patients and truly understand how important it is to care for the community and to help them be the best they can. Consultant had not read referral from doctor. Was unprepared and did not listen to patient's concerns. Was very quick to diagnose hearing loss and recommend a hearing aid, despite admitting when challenged that it would not address the patient's problem. Recommended we "go away and read up about it". Very unsatisfactory.
