A issue arose prior to settlement and Shae was proactive in finding a solution and worked with everyone involved to resolve the issue. Had an extremely poor experience with Travers Golding when trying to buy a house. Communication was very poor & we learnt later that was obviously a tactic in order to not have a contract exchanged allowing them to Gaszump our accepted offer. He lied & stated the offer was accepted subject to Building & Pest & Subject to finance. Then did not put it in writing thus delaying exchange due to solicitors going back & forth. He then did not do things he stated he would do & then wouldn’t respond to call or emails in timely manner. He then managed to coax an alternate bid to 20k above our accepted value. This was raised with the principal of the branch who acted concerned but then wiped his hands of it. From there it was just became more unethical by forcing the contract to include the buyer driven 66w waiver to wave the cooling off period. He continually tried to tell me that “that’s just how it works in NSW” as if we were born yesterday. Interestingly the solicitor he referred us to said it was rubbish.
Add to that would not allow our bank to inspect for a valuation quickly thus ensuring the other party more time to sort their finance & exchange the night before our inspection could occur.
I would not recommend this agent to anyone. So unethical & as poor as an old school used car salesman

Worst rental experience in Australia!!! Rude confusing and inconsistent communication. Never followed up on any maintenance issues despite the high rental fees over many years. A "handy man" that never ever arrived, limited understanding or interest in the tenants views or experience. Lack of professionalism across the board and no right to reply on any issues. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

The best part of working with Robyn was her sincerity to do the right thing by me, the customer.

I felt that Robyn would be better than any other agents due to our continuing communication over a 12 month period during which I found her commitment for doing the right thing was very sincere.

Nothing that Robyn did or said during the process scared me. What was a worry was what management might instruct that would be out of her control. This did not happen though as she clearly had their trust and was given complete autonomy.
