My little one’s last day was on 16 January 2025 with a small break before starting “big school” Kindy. He was in the inventors room and absolutely loved his 3 favourite educators. He was able to develop socially and academically and was thriving. All the educators are so caring and patient and I can see why my son was so fond of them. The admin staff are always friendly, smiling and greets us when we walk in. I recommend Little Zaks Ropes Crossing!

My son had bad experiences here. Now whenever he sees a day care he bursts into tears and says he’s scared. The centre has new management in now and I have faith the new manager will turn it around however we decided not to stick around to find out. It’s a shame because there are some good teachers (we loved Pam, Daniella, Linda, Helen etc) and my son had a wonderful best friend. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives.

Love my daughters child care educators, we had a bumpy start due to her separation issues but now she gets dressed and grabs her bag and ready for the door at home to go to school. The educators in the centre worked with me to ensure she was settling in well and they always send updates and photos which I love seeing!

The admin staff are always quick to get back to me when I email or send messages and answer all my questions. I would definitely refer friends and family to go here!!!

We have only been attending Little Zaks for a couple of months now but this is my daughter’s first time going to daycare and she has settled in so well so quickly. She absolutely loves her teachers and all her new friends, school days are her most favourite days of the week. All the staff are lovely people and even have my youngest daughter on the waitlist for a spot to start there as well

I have been so lucky to have my 19 month old son attend Little Zaks Ropes Crossing for the last few months. The staff are so attentive to his needs and are I feel so at ease leaving him in their care.
Miss Linda and the team in his room have been amazing. I cannot fault them!

I moved my son here from another centre and it is the best decision we could have made. We have seen such a massive improvement in his behaviour and development in the short two months that he has been there. The carers are amazing, everyone is so nice and friendly, and it's so refreshing to see the centre director being so involved as well. We are so happy to be a part of the Little Zac's community.

This daycare is the best . Noah was under one when he joined and I was really worried if he would adjust or not but all educators are taking really good care of him and now he is a very happy daycare goer.
As first time mom I didn’t understand how to prepare for this phase of daycare but shehnaz was so helpful she took care of my Bub from start and advises me on how to teach the baby at home as-well. Michelle is the best and does her best to keep everything calm and conducts all fun activities . Abby is a sweetheart - she use to take the best pictures of Noah but she is no more in his room as some educators keep changing rooms . Aliveni when in room always makes sure Noah eats well. Jamie , Millie and Rinu always welcome with a big smile.
Every educator deserves a shoutout. All of them are well trained,mannered, always greet us and are very welcoming.
Couldn’t forget the lady of the house Chloe who was then director when we started - lovely lady and very helpful.

My daughter has been attending since the first few weeks the centre opened and I haven’t had any issues, all the staff are so lovely, kind and welcoming we are on our second director but this is only due to a promotion! Both have been amazing and what I love most is the extra curricular activities the kids do and all the extra fun things that come to the centre.
