When I enrolled my daughter here, I was so nervous as we were new to the area and I had no feedback or knowledge of the facility at all, but wow. Aria has just grown so much and is so so happy there. I always feel welcome and I feel so at ease leaving her there 4 days a week. Highly feccoming these guys. They are all incredible.

Our children have been highly supported by all the professional and dedicated staff at Carey Bay and we are so grateful for the enjoyable and positive start our 1 year old has had in her early education journey. Like most babies, she found it difficult to separate at first, but it was so comforting to see her quickly develop confidence and a sense of belonging due to the wonderful care provided by her kind educators. Little Zak's Carey Bay provide a beautiful, clean and engaging learning environment with wonderful systems of support.

The staff are little Zac’s really go the extra mile with my toddler, always greeting us at reception, and making the drop off pick up easy. He was a stage 5 clinger and always put in a lot of effort, great communication and always happy. My son is well taken care of, I’m very great full that we have a little Zac’s, being a nurse and a single mum my only wish is that they would open at 6am.

Little Zak’s Carey Bay has surpassed our expectations.
The facility is new, modern and play centred.
Most importantly, our child has formed positive and secure connections with his main educators, who also feel invested in his development and wellbeing. We are very grateful for the care and early education our child receives.

I have had my daughters in attendance since July, and was going pretty well. Unfortunately I have had issues with incidents at the centre and being overcharged fees, with no resolution for more than 3 weeks. I would not be recommending this service.
** in response to having been contacted; I asked if I could have a return call from Megan, which has not occurred, and have now been notified via your response online that the area manager is now Elise.. had no idea of the change. I've spoken with Centrelink, took 3 days, a face to face visit, and 2hrs on hold to be advised the centre failed to lodge the attendance. I have not been sent a breakdown, and had the centre manager advise she can't understand the fees and the deduction made. Please don't act as those this has been addressed and responded to, as it most certainly isn't the case.
A call has also been made with a message left asking for a return call on the number provided by Megan.. again no response....
