My daughter has been at little sparkles for a little under 2 years and we both love it. The educators are all so great and have all been there since she was a baby so she is very comfortable with them.
I have nothing bad I could say about the centre it’s perfect for us

I never post reviews, ever, but I’m so happy with the new management at little sparkles that I feel I should. My son has been going there for 1.5 yrs. I am so glad we stayed because the improvements have been amazing. The staff are so caring and engaging my boy can’t wait to get there every morning and doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up. Communication is excellent and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate individual needs. I highly recommend Little Sparkles to any parent needing to send their child to daycare.

Our whole family recently went to the Open Day at Little Sparkles and had an amazing time. My 2 and 4 year old sons had a great time creating collages, painting, making playdough, and even join in their yoga class. We've visited a few other childcares in the area but the educators and the team at Little Sparkles were the only ones that feel very authentic and genuine, they were very engaging and treated the kids like family. I'm very happy to say we'll be enrolling both kids next year - the kids can't wait to start. 🙂 Thanks again team.

Since the new ownership began there were several issues with communication - Owners do not call when requested, to discuss issues with their management team, the only way to get in touch with owners was through the person I wanted to complain about, so I am actually unsure if messages were ever passed on.
I found management and new staff in the centre unapproachable, unwilling to communicate in a manner that suited my needs ,a push for all communication to be electronic, (not conducive to my situation as I was travelling 45 minutes each way with a newborn as I had been happy with the centre prior to take over and intended to continue using the centre on my return to work) if I communicated with staff verbally, the message was never passed on.
Over the course of 2 weeks as staff changes and centre "upgrades" (eg new tables and chairs to suit older children/staff and unsafe for smaller children) were completed my child went from being excited to go to day care - to refusing to go and/or taking 20 minutes or more to be distracted enough for me to leave. At these times staff did not intervene and interact with my child which did not sit well with my instincts.
I have reservations about the level of care provided. I witnessed my child "do yoga", by sitting on a mat in front of a television showing a video of a person doing yoga.
My child went a period of 6 hours in care without a nappy change. (documented in their systems) When discussing with management, the staff member involved became verbally aggressive with me in front of other staff and children.
When I removed my child from the centre, in December, I requested the owners call to discuss my decision, I am still waiting on a phone call - it's March!

So glad that I left this centre when I did, so are many other parents! New owners delete any bad comments and/or reviews on their Facebook page because they obviously cannot take any criticism. Hoping that they can’t delete google reviews! Yeah Absolutely ridiculous business owners. Wish I could give lower than a 1 star!

“Would 100% recommend"

The staff and facilities at Little Sparkles are exceptional. They are a talented bunch with great enthusiasm, terrific variety in their programs and treat the little ones as individuals.

Their Outdoor and Indoor Areas engage children in experiences which promote Play and Learning by stimulating the Sense.

Very flexible (e.g. opening hours, meeting special requirements).

They are great in communicating with parents, affordable fees and overall very satisfied.

Can’t recommend more highly !!
