Fantastic day care with wonderful carers. Our daughter loves it, and happily tells us about her day each night. There are lots of different spaces for the children to play in, including an excellent outdoors area which is quite shady. There is also a covered outdoors area so the kids can still play outdoors during poor weather.

Uneven terrain at rear yard with trip hazards probable, stormwater run off issues, nappies at half the time left unchanged upon pick up. When applying to add a sibling a lack of logic and care for the kids was exercised due to a technicality of forms process. In contrast to other centres, centre mgt will facilitate enough notice and guidance that need to be filled. *High* staff turnover, adding that Mel, the acting director, at the time sends policy feedback to parents. But no acknowledgment of whether feedback would be considered or not. Lacking 'basic' skills to consult. Basic.

If I could report a number of non-compliances at this premises to council, I would. But I was happy that there were a few great educators there.

My son started at 9 months here, whilst he didn't take to it at first, the beautiful staff would always seek ways to assist the transition to help make it a better experience for him. Now he is 2 and stands at our front door ready to go. My daughter has also started and she also has a great time.

We love how the owner takes a hand on approach within the centre and every single staff member has been so amazing to our kids we absolutely will recommend to anyone.

My daughter joined Little Palace when she was 6 months old, now she is 4 years old, she loves every single teacher there and the director of Little Palace is already like a part of our family. Two years ago without hesitation I enrolled my son in Little Palace.
Small, boutique style day care. Attention to details, care about your child. Love them

Little palace pre school.and long daycare centre has been amazing for my 3 children. Each of my children are different and they have catered for all of their needs. The staff are amazing and I feel extremely grateful for the compassion they show to my child. Thank you.
