Absolutely love this place! The size of the studio is just right (not too big or too small!). The teachers are so welcoming and create classes that will definitely get you fit, strong and supple. The timetable is perfect, lots of variety on offer! Well done team!

I really love Limber Co. A wonderful place to exercise and also to find peace and quiet (with the awesome Yin Yoga class on Sunday afternoon). There is a great spirit and we are coached to follow the right moves. I like also the music. I always feel rejuvenated after a class. Thanks so much Lily and all the team.
